It was in my classes where I first dropped into true stillness. Since graduation, I have continued utilizing the curriculum to create a direct channel to journey inward from my own history of trauma, anxiety and apathy to deep healing. With patience, forgiveness, and surrender I awakened more consciousness, and dissolved many burdens of my past through willingness to sit with self, investigate and harness the courage to unkink the knots of my spirit. Since 2016 I have continued to train and study in various forms of meditative styles, including: guided visualization, trauma release, chakra toning, body scanning, Reiki, ect. Using these techniques to quiet the mind and tap into the vastness of information ever abundant leads to dynamic and substantial growth of self, your personal narrative taking reformation.
